Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be:

Unused, undamaged, and in original condition

Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice

Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing items will not be eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos or videos as proof on WhatsApp or email.

After verification, we will arrange: Replacement, or Full refund (as per availability)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
